Titans Sign Veteran C Steve Vallos & LB Kendrick Adams, Waive Two

 

The Tennessee Titans announced the signings of C Steve Vallos and LB Kendrick Adams on Wednesday.

• The Titans also placed LB David Gilbert and OL Viondy Merisma on waivers to make room for the two new additions.

Vallos, 30, is a former seventh-round pick of the Seahawks. He spent two seasons with Seattle before joining the Browns, Jaguars, Eagles and Broncos over the last four years.

In 2013, Vallos was active for 15 games of the Broncos 16 games last season, but was limited to playing a total of nine snaps.

Adams, 25, signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of LSU back in 2012. Since entering the NFL, Adams has already played for six teams including: the Buccaneers, Lions, Browns, Bengals, Giants and of course the Jaguars.
