Titans Signing S Steven Terrell

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Titans are signing S Steven Terrell to a contract on Friday.

Terrell recently worked out for Tennessee and it appears as though they’re still looking for safety depth, even after signing Kenny Vaccaro.

Terrell, 27, wound up signing on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M back in 2013. He had a brief stint with the Texans before catching on with the Seahawks in July of 2014.

Seattle declined to tender Terrell a restricted offer last year, which made him an unrestricted free agent. Kansas City signed him in July but waived him as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit.

The Chiefs brought him back a week later and he finished out the year in Kansas City.

In 2017, Terrell appeared in 10 games for the Chiefs and recorded four tackles, one interception and three pass defenses.
