Tennessee wound up signing Brackett off of the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad back in November of last year. Before that, Seattle claimed him off of waivers from the Titans.
Brackett, 26, actually signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State back in 2011, but was later waived from the team’s practice squad in September. He has since had brief stints with the Jaguars, Eagles and Cardinals.
In 2014, Brackett appeared in eight games for the Titans and Seahawks, but didn’t record a single statistic.
