Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Titans WR Justin Hunter has a broken ankle and will miss the remainder of the season.

It was clear that Hunter had a serious injury, and he was seen on crutches following the game, so this shouldn’t come as a big surprise.

Hunter, 24, is a former second-round pick of the Titans back in 2013. He’s in the third year of his four-year, $5.424 million contract that included a $2.324 million signing bonus. He stands to make a base salary of $898,104 this season and another $1,144,656 next year.

Entering today’s game, Hunter had recorded 18 receptions for 217 yards receiving and a touchdown over the course of eight games for the Titans.
