TRADE: Eagles Trade LS Jon Dorenbos To Saints For 2019 7th-Rd Pick

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Monday evening that they’ve traded LS Jon Dorenbos to the Saints in return for a 2019 seventh-round pick.

Dorenbos, 37, originally signed on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of UTEP back in 2003. He lasted two years in Buffalo before singing on with the Titans during the 2005 season.

Unfortunately, Dorenbos’ stay in Tennessee was limited to one year before he signed a two-year contract with the Eagles. He’s spent the past 11 years as a member of the Eagles.

Dorenbos is currently in the second year of his four-year, $4.385 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $900,000 and $915,000 over the remainder of the contract.

In 2016, Dorenbos appeared in 13 games.
