Veteran CB Chris Carr Retires From The NFL

Veteran CB Chris Carr announced his retirement from the NFL on Wednesday, via his Twitter account.

Carr, 30, signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Boise State back in 2005.

Last year, Carr was with the Saints and appeared in 11 games before New Orleans elected to release him in December.

He finishes his career with 192 tackles, 2.5 sacks and seven interceptions over the course of nine season.
