Update:

———–

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of Broncos WR Cody Latimer involved in a fight along with his uncle outside of an Ohio strip club.

According to TMZ, Latimer and his group were trying to get into Diamonds Cabaret strip club near Dayton back in February but wound up in a disagreement with the bouncer about the dress code.

The video shows Latimer putting his hand on the bouncer’s shoulder before he eventually slaps the bouncer, triggering a fight. Latimer ends up being pepper sprayed by a bouncer and his uncle gets knocked out.

Police were not called to the scene following the incident and TMZ reports that there is no pending criminal investigation.

The Broncos released the following statement via, Nicki Jhabvala:

We are aware of the matter from several months ago involving Cody Latimer, and it has been discussed with him.”

Latimer, 24, is a former second-round pick of the Broncos back in 2014. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $3,708,650 contract and stands to make a base salary of $925,725 for the 2017 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2018.

In 2016, Latimer appeared in 12 games and caught just eight passes for 76 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
