Vikings Sign Second-Round CB Mackensie Alexander To Four-Year Deal

Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press reports that the Vikings have agreed to terms with second-round CB Mackensie Alexander on a four-year deal Wednesday.

This marks the fifth draft pick the Vikings have signed since Tuesday, which is notable given that they’re the only team that has even signed a rookie.

Alexander, 22, was taken with the No. 54 overall pick last week and will receive a four-year, $4.3 million contract to go along with a $1.34 million signing bonus.

During his two-year college career at Clemson, Alexander recorded 44 tackles, four tackles for a loss, no interceptions, 11 pass defenses and a fumble recovery.
