Vikings Sign Sixth-Round WR Moritz Boehringer

The Minnesota Vikings announced that they’ve already signed sixth-round pick WR Moritz Boehringer to a four-year contract on Monday.

Boehringer was one of the best stories that came out of this year’s NFL draft and is the first player to be drafted out of European league

Boehringer receives a four-year deal worth $2,490,420 and includes a signing bonus of $150,402, according to OverTheCap.com.

In Germany, Boehringer caught 70 passes for 1,461 yards (20.9 YPR) and 16 touchdowns, which was good enough for Rookie of the Year honors.
