Vikings Sign WRs Andy Cruse & Ty Walker, Waive Two Players

 

The Minnesota Vikings announced the signing of receivers Andy Cruse and Ty Walker on Friday.

• The Vikings subsequently waived OT Matt Hall and WR Josh Cooper to make room for the new additions.
• Minnesota also placed CB Captain Munnerlyn, TE Chase Ford and S Andrew Sendejo on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Cruse signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Miami (Ohio), but was waived in May. He spent 10 weeks of the 2013 season on the Texans practice squad.

Walker signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois State. He actually spent time on the Packers and Seahawks practice squads last year and even appeared in preseason games for Green Bay.
