Vikings Still Open To Trading The #3 Overall Pick

Tom Pelissero ESPN 1500 Twin Cities reports that the Minnesota Vikings are still willing to trade #3 overall pick but Pelissero mentions that it would require a team to give up a 2013 first-round pick to do so.

At this point, it’s hard to say that there are any prospects worth making the move up for as Matt Kalil figures to be best available player at that point. It would be great if teams started falling in love with Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill but that doesn’t seem like an actually possibility at this point.

It’s worth noting that a meaningless victory over the Redskins cost the Vikings the #2 overall pick which St Louis just dealt for an extra two first-round picks and an additional second-round selection.
