Vikings Waive Three From IR With Settlements

The Minnesota Vikings waived three players from injured reserve with injury settlements on Friday, according to Andrew Krammer, including G Josh Andrews, DB Craig Jamesand RB Mack Brown.

Brown, 26, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Florida back in 2015. He lasted less than a month in Houston before signing on with the Redskins.

Brown was on and off of the Redskins’ practice squad before he was waived last year and later claimed by the Vikings. Minnesota re-signed Brown to an exclusive rights contract back in March only to waive him with an injury designation last week.

In 2017, Brown appeared in four games and rushed for 29 yards on eight carries (3.6 YPC) to go along with one reception for 11 yards receiving.
