Vincent Jackson Has Been “The Best Player” At The Bucs Training Camp

Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune tweets that WR Vincent Jackson has been “the best player” in Buccaneers training camp.

According to Cummings, Jackson “beat CB Aqib Talib and caught a pass that he turned into an 83-yd [touchdown].” Yesterday, Cummings reported that “Jackson continues to put on a show” and that “he’s getting the better of Aqib Talib.

There’s no question that Jackson is great at making plays down the field, so it’s not surprising to see him dominate practice. Tampa Bay is hoping that his presence with be mutually beneficial for Talib to practice against Jackson, which should be more of a challenge than WR Mike Williams last season.
