Report: Wesley Woodyard Visiting With The Titans After Patriots

Update:

Josina Anderson of ESPN reports that free agent LB Wesley Woodyard‘s will visit with the Titans after meeting with the Patriots on Wednesday.

Woodyard, 27, was an impressive performer earlier in the season for the Broncos, but fell out of favor down the stretch and in the playoffs.

Last year, he totaled 84 tackles, 1.5 sacks, an interception and two forced fumbles over the course of 14 games for Denver.

We have Woodyard listed in our 2014 NFL Free Agents List.

According to Calvin Watkins of ESPN, the Cowboys have expressed interest in Broncos’ free agent ILB Wesley Woodyard.

  • Watkins mentions there is at least a chance that LB Justin Durant could be released and Woodyard brought in as his replacement.

Durant’s release would free up around $1.25 million in cap space, according to Watkins.
