According to Mike Jurecki of the XTRA 910 in Arizona, CB William Gay has the possibility of returning to the Steelers. Gay has drawn interest from the Titans, Cardinals, and Broncos but would still like to return to the Steelers next season.
Gay, 27, entered the league as a fifth round draft pick and has been a contributor on special teams but has only played in a limited capacity for the Steelers defense. Jurecki suggests that Gay’s decision will likely come down to whoever offers him the most money.
Its unlikely that Gay will start on any team in the NFL because of his poor coverage skills, but he could really add some much needed depth to a team like the Broncos.
