Kelly Hines of Tulsa World reports that WR Justin Blackmon was arrested for an “aggravated DUI early Sunday in Stillwater,” Oklahoma.
Hines explains that “according to Oklahoma law, aggravated DUI is defined as the driver’s blood-alcohol level being at .15 or higher.”
Blackmon had concerns coming into the draft about an alcohol related incedent that was similar to this most recent one. Â In 2010 “Blackmon was arrested by Carrollton, Texas, police on a DUI complaint” when coming back from a Dallas Cowboys game which he did not get permission to go from his head coach. Â The incident resulted in a one-game suspension for Blackmon.
This most recent arrest for Blackmon could create some problems for him and the team since he is still unsigned by the Jaguars.
