Bears Signing WR Marlon Brown

The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with former Ravens WR Marlon Brown on Thursday, according to his agency.

Brown, 26, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia back in 2013. The Ravens elected to not tender him a restricted offer but later re-signed him to a one-year, $675,000 contract.

Unfortunately, Brown’s 2015 season ended after he suffered a back injury and was subsequently placed on season-ending injured reserve. Baltimore waived him a few weeks after last year’s draft and he eventually caught on with the Broncos.

In 2015, Brown appeared in 10 games for the Ravens and recorded 14 receptions for 112 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
