Broncos Signing LS Jacob Bobenmoyer

According to Mike Klis, the Broncos are signing long snapper Jacob Bobenmoyer to the roster.

Klis says Bobenmoyer impressed Denver with his athleticism and snapping velocity at rookie camp, minicamp and a late-season tryout in 2019.

Klis adds that previous LS Casey Kreiter had told him he had not yet heard from the Broncos, which could indicate Bobenmoyer’s status as his replacement.

Klis adds that an agent source tells him Bobenmoyer will have a chance to compete for the starting job.

Bobenmoyer, 23, played linebacker and long snapper at Northern Colorado for four years. Per Wyosports.net, his snaps are about .15 seconds faster than the NFL standard of 0.75.
