The Cleveland Browns announced the signing of TE Anthony Ezeakunne on Saturday, as well as the release of TE Manasseh Garner.
Ezeakunne wound up going undrafted out of Chapman University following this year’s draft. During his final year at Chapman, Ezeakunne caught 12 passes for 122 yards and one touchdown.
Garner, 23, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in May. However, he lasted just over a week in Kansas City before he was waived.
Cleveland signed him to a contract a few weeks ago, so his stay was once again short lived.
