Buccaneers Re-Signing LB Cameron Lynch

Jenna Laine of ESPN reports that the Buccaneers are re-signing LB Cameron Lynch to a one-year deal on Friday.

Lynch, 24, originally signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse back in 2015. He lasted just over a year with the Rams before he was waived and later signed on to the Buccaneers’ practice squad a few weeks into the season.

Tampa Bay eventually was promoted to the active roster in 2016 before cutting him loose in December. Lynch returned to the Rams to finish out the year, but wasn’t tendered a contract a few days ago.

In 2017, Lynch appeared in 14 games for the Buccaneers and Rams and recorded eight tackles, no sacks and a fumble recovery.
