Buccaneers Signing K Ryan Succop

Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that the Buccaneers have agreed to terms with veteran kicker Ryan Succop.Ryan Succop

The Buccaneers currently have Matt Gay and Bradley Pinion on their roster at kicker, but it appears as though they could be moving on from at least one of them.

Succop, 33, is a former seventh-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2009. He played five seasons in Kansas City before joining the Titans for the 2014 season.

Succop finished out his contract before agreeing to a five-year, $20 million contract with the Titans that includes $7.25 million guaranteed last year. He was placed on injured reserve coming out of the preseason and designated as a player to return halfway through the year.

Tennessee opted to release Succop this past March.

In 2019, Succop appeared in six games for the Titans and was 1-6 on field goal attempts (16.7 percent) and made 24-25 extra points.
