Eagles Signing LB Paul Worrilow

Mike Garofolo of NFL Media is reporting that the Eagles are signing LB Paul Worrilow to a contract on Tuesday.

The Patriots reportedly had interest in Worrilow last month but nothing ever came of news.

Worrilow, 27, wound up signing on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Delaware back in 2013. He returned to the Falcons on a one-year, $2.553 million restricted tender back in March of 2016.

The Falcons signed Worrilow to a one-year, $3-million contract in 2016 and was signed by the Lions the next offseason after becoming an unrestricted free agent.

He just finished a one-year, $3 million deal with the Detroit.

In 2017, Worrilow appeared in 13 games for the Lions and recorded 30 total tackles, one fumble recovery, and one pass defense.
