Packers Re-Signing ERFA G Justin McCray

Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports that the Packers have tendered a contract to exclusive rights free agent G Justin McCray.

McCray receives a one-year, $645,000 contract from Green Bay and will be a restricted free agent in 2019.

McCray, 26, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of UCF back in May of 2014. He was waived at the start of his rookie season and spend the entire year on Tennessee’s practice squad before returning to the team on a future/reserve contract.

After sitting out the 2015 and 2016 seasons, the Packers signed him to a contract in 2017 and brought him back on an exclusive rights deal the following year.

In 2018, McCray appeared in 12 games for the Packers and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 23 guard out of 77 qualifying players.
