A league source tells NFLTR that the Jets have signed Akron CB Kyron Brown to a contract.
Brown, 22, wound up going undrafted out of Akron last week. Undrafted free agents are expected to sign three-year, $1.755 million contracts.
During his college career at Akron, Bronw was a second-team All-Mac selection and a team captain as a senior. He recorded 127 tackles, a sack, six interceptions, one defensive touchdown, a forced fumble, a recovery, 21 pass defenses and a defensive touchdown over the course of four seasons and 43 games.
