Texans Signing Former Bills OT Seantrel Henderson

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Texans are signing former Bills OT Seantrel Henderson to a contract at the start of free agency.

Henderson, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Bills back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,270,880 rookie contract and made a base salary of $690,000 for the 2017 season.

Last year, Henderson agreed to a pay cut back. He also finished serving out a 10-game suspension, which stemmed from a substance abuse violation, last year.

A few months ago, Henderson agreed to a pay cut back on June 22 as part of a contract renegotiation.

Henderson was testing the free agent market for the first time in his NFL career.

In 2017, Henderson was limited to being active for seven games for the Bills.
