The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday that they’ve signed WR A.J. Richardson to their practice squad and placed WR Johnnie Dickson on the practice squad injured list.
Here’s the Cardinals updated practice squad:
- TE Caleb Wilson
- LB Peter Robertson
- QB Kyle Sloter
- G Sam Jones
- CB Jalen Davis
- RB Justin Davis
- LB Kylie Fitts
- WR Johnnie Dixon (Injured)
- DB Andre Chachere
- P Ryan Winslow
- WR A.J. Richardson
Richardson, 24, wound up going undrafted out of Boise State back in April before agreeing to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Cardinals. He was waived coming out of the preseason, but later re-signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad.
Unfortunately, Arizona released Richardson from the taxi squad a day later.
During his college career at Boise State, Richardson caught 99 passes for 1,474 yards receiving and 11 touchdowns over the course of 32 games.
