Colts Sign WR Steve Ishmael To Practice Squad

The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they’ve signed WR Steve Ishmael to their practice squad.

Ishmael, 23, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse back in May. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract but was cut loose coming out of the preseason.

Since then, Ishmael has been on and off of the Colts’ practice squad.

During his four-year college career at Syracuse, Ishmael caught 219 passes for 2,891 yards receiving and 18 touchdowns over the course of 44 games.
