Mills, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the Eagles back in 2016. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.58 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season.
Mills is in line to be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2018, Mills appeared in eight games for the Eagles and recorded 42 tackles, no interceptions and nine pass defenses. He was placed on injured reserve with a foot injury in December.
