The Atlanta Falcons announced that they have promoted OL Sean Harlow and WR Chris Rowland from the practice squad to their active roster.

Harlow, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Falcons back in 2017. He signed a four-year, $2.9 million contract with the Falcons, but was waived the following year in 2018.
After a brief stint with the Colts, Harlow returned to the Falcons and has been on and off of their practice squad the last two seasons.
In 2019, Harlow was active for one game.
