The Atlanta Falcons announced that they have signed RB Tony Brooks-James to their 90-man roster and waived RB Jeremy Langford with an injury designation.

Brooks-James is an undrafted free agent out of Oregon and tried out with the Falcons at their rookie minicamp.
During his four-year college career with the Ducks, Brooks-James recorded 283 rushing attempts for 1,863 yards (6.6 YPC) and 18 touchdowns to go along with 40 receptions for 392 yards receiving (9.8 YPC) and two touchdowns.
Langford, 26, was taken with the No. 106 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL draft by the Bears. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.139 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $615,000 for the 2017 season when the Bears cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
The Ravens signed Langford to their practice squad soon and was on and off of the unit before eventually catching on with the Jets in December of 2017. New York brought Landford back on a futures deal but cut him loose before the 2018 NFL Draft.
Langford signed on with the Dolphins back in August of last year but was released coming out of the preseason and later signed to the Falcons’ practice squad. He was promoted to their active roster back in December.
In 2018, Langford appeared in one game and recorded nine rushing attempts for 25 yards (2.8 YPC) and no touchdowns.
