Davis, 27, was originally a third-round pick by the Ravens in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Iowa. He was in the third year of his four-year rookie contract when the Ravens waived him back in 2018.
Davis was claimed by the Browns the day after off waivers and finished out the year in Cleveland. He re-signed in Cleveland on a one-year, $2 million deal but was released coming out of the preseason.
Davis caught on with the Colts in October but was waived again a few weeks ago.
In 2018, Davis appeared in five games for the Browns and recorded one tackle and no sacks.
