Price takes the roster spot vacated by DT Joel Heath following his injury.
Price, 26, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas-San Antonio back in 2016. He spent over a year in Green Bay before being waived at the start of the 2017 season and being claimed by the Cowboys.
From there, Price played for the Raiders, Browns and Colts before catching on with the Jaguars late in 2019. Jacksonville released him with a settlement last August and he returned to the Packers practice squad later in the season.
For his career, Price has appeared in 22 games and recorded 20 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
