Browns

• Chargers have ruled out WR Stevie Johnson (hamstring) and LG Orlando Franklin (ankle) from Week 5. (Michael Gehlken)

Packers

• Packers have downgraded the status of WR Davante Adams (ankle) and S Morgan Burnett (calf) to doubtful for Week 5. (Josina Anderson)
