Bills
- Peter Schrager reports that “multiple members” of the Bills front office are in Dallas to have dinner with Baylor QB Bryce Petty.
Eagles
Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports mentions that it will be difficult for the Eagles to get up to No. 2 overall for Oregon QBย Marcus Mariota given that they hold the No. 20 overall pick.
Robinson points out that QB Sam Bradford won’t sign a contract extension with a new team, which hurts his trade value.
Beyond that, the Titansย GM Ruston Webster basically said they have aroundย 16-17 first-round grades for this year’s draft class, per Robinson. Not all of these players would be targets for the Titans, so moving back to No. 20 overall wouldn’t make a lot of sense for their situation, especially if they aren’t getting a quarterback as part of the deal.
Falcons
Falcons new HC Dan Quinn said that they still have Missouri DE/OLB Shane Ray on their draft, even after his recent citation for marijuana possessions.
“Absolutely,” Quinn said, via NFL.com. “When we’re going through the process, we felt good about him. He had a set-back and it was hard, but hopefully it’s something he learns from and can move on from.”
Titans
Titans GM Ruston Webster told reporters on Tuesday that they have received calls regarding the No. 2 overall pick, but there’s nothing serious as of now. (Jeff Darlington)
“Because of players that are there, we’d need to get value that will help our team now and in future,” Webster said, per Darlington.
