Bob McManaman of AzCentral.com has a great article up that takes a look at 11 NFL coaches to watch once Black Monday is here on Dec. 29.

According to McManaman the guys to watch are:

• 49ers HC Jim Harbaugh
• Bears HC Marc Trestman
• Raiders interim HC Tony Sparano
• Jets HC Rex Ryan
• Dolphins HC Joe Philbin
• Redskins HC Jay Gruden
• Giants HC Tom Coughlin
• Falcons HC Mike Smith
• Panthers HC Ron Rivera
• Jaguars HC Gus Bradley
• Titans HC Ken Whisenhunt

Cowboys

• RT Doug Free will not play in Week 16 due to a small stress fracture in his foot. (Ian Rapoport)

Patriots

• WR Julian Edelman will not play in Week 16 due to a concussion he sustained last week. (Jeff Howe)
• RB LeGarrette Blount and CB Kyle Arrington have also been downgraded to out and will not make the trip to New York with the Patriots. (Doug Kyed)

Ravens

• Jamison Hensley of ESPN writes that the $8.5 million the Ravens would receive from cutting NT Haloti Ngata could be “very tempting” for Baltimore, especially with the play of rookie Timmy Jernigan.
• Cowboys ILB Rolando McClain has played well over the required 50 percent of the team’s snaps, which means that the Ravens will send their seventh-round pick to the Cowboys for their sixth-round selection as part of their previous trade agreement.
• Hensley expects the team to target a cornerback in the first three-rounds of next year’s draft, despite their “best player available” strategy.
