The Green Bay Packers announced Saturday that they’ve signed Cย Corey Linsleyย to a contract extension.
- According to Mike Garafolo, Linsley receives a three-year, $25.5 million extension from the Packers.
The Packers are clearly moving quickly to address their free agents months in advance of the start of the offseason, as they’ve already locked up WR Davante Adams to a new four-year, $58 million deal.
Linsley, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Packers back in 2014. He was finishing out the final year of his four-year, $2,405,000 contract that included a $1,797,000 base salary for the 2017 season.
In 2017, Linsley appeared in 15 games for the Packersย and is rated byย Pro Football Focusย as the No. 23 offensive tackleย out of 37 qualifying players.
