Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports that the Packers have tendered a contract to exclusive rights free agent WR Jake Kumerow for the 2019 season.
Kumerow, 27, originally signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin-Whitewater back in 2015. He was on and off the team’s practice squad during his rookie season but returned to the Bengals on a future/reserve contract last January.
Kumerow eventually joined the Packers and returned to Green Bay on a futures contract last year. He was placed on injured reserve at the start of the regular season in September before being designated to return in December.
In 2018, Kumerow appeared in five games for the Packers and caught 11 passes for 103 yards receiving and one touchdown.
