According to Nick Underhill, the Patriots have signed OT Cedrick Lang.
Lang spent the 2018 season on injured reserve with the Vikings.
Lang wound up signing on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of UTEP back in May. He was unfortunately waived just a few days later and never caught on with another team during the season.
Lang signed a futures deal with the Broncos for the 2017 season, but did not make it out of final roster cutdowns. He signed with the Vikings practice squad in 2017 and was brought back on a futures deal for 2018.
During his senior year at UTEP as a tight end, Lang caught 11 passes for 72 yards receiving and one touchdown over the course of eight games.
