The New England Patriots have signed second-round CB JoeJuan Williams to a four-year rookie contract on Thursday, according to Doug Kyed.

Williams, 23, was the No. 45 overall pick by the Patriots out of Vanderbilt. New England traded up with the Rams to select him and exchanged their No. 56 and No. 101 overall picks.
According to OverTheCap.com, Williams receives a four-year, $6,782,618 rookie contract including a $2,952,812 signing bonus.

During his three-year college career at Vanderbilt, Williams recorded 119 total tackles, six tackles for loss, four interceptions, 25 pass defenses, and one forced fumble.
