Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the St Louis Rams are interested in interviewing Miami Dolphins interim head coach Todd Bowles for their available head coaching vacancy.
Bowles did a good job in relief of Tony Sparano and is reported to be an option for the Dolphins job as well. Interviewing Bowles fills the requirement for the “Rooney Rule” so it’s hard to say at this point just how serious of a candidate he really is for the Rams job. The most recent reports have Jeff Fisher as the odds on favorite to get the job but there’s plenty of competition for him.
