The Los Angeles Rams officially signed three players to contracts for the 2019 season including C Aaron Neary, DB Steven Parker and DB Ramon Richards.
As of now, the Rams have signed nine players to futures deals including:
- DB Donte Deayon
- LB Travin Howard
- OT Kyle Murphy
- WR Austin Proehl
- QB Brandon Allen
- OT Darrell Williams
- C Aaron Neary
- DB Steven Parker
- DB Ramon Richards
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Neary, 25, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Washington back in 2016. He was among Denver’s final roster cuts and quickly signed on to the Eagles’ practice squad.
Philadelphia later agreed to futures deal in 2017 but was cut as they trimmed down to the 53-man limit. He had a brief stint with the Browns before the Rams added him to their taxi squad last year.
In 2017, Neary appeared in one game for the Eagles.
