Baugh, 25, wound up going undrafted Ohio State back in 2018. He later signed on with the Raiders, but was waived coming out of the preseason.
From there, Baugh signed a one-year contract with the Panthers last April. Unfortunately, he was waived with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list. He was waived a couple of weeks ago.
During his four-year college career at Ohio State, Baugh caught 55 passes for 607 yards receiving and eight touchdowns over the course of 27 games.
