ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that theย Kansas City Chiefs have reached an agreement with free agentย CB Dunta Robinson.
Robinson, 30, was released by the Falcons earlier in the week to free up some extra cap space. The Chiefs could use another cornerback, but Robinson really struggled last season in coverage, so it’s hard to say what they’re getting at this point in time. Some have speculated that a move to safety could be good for him.
It will be interesting to see if they decide to target another cornerback like CB Sean Smith.
We had Robinson listed as the No. 57 best available player in our Top 100 Free Agents list.
