The NFL has suspended Saints CB P.J. Williams for two weeks for a violation of league policy, according to Field Yates.
Williams’ suspension stems from his DWI arrest earlier in the year.
Williams, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Saints back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3,061,619 contract before returning to the Saints on a one-year contract worth $5 million this past April.
In 2019, Williams has appeared in six games and recorded 18 tackles, one sack, no interceptions and two pass defenses.
