Seahawks Promoting C Joey Hunt To Active Roster, Sign Three To Practice Squad

The Seattle Seahawks announced that they’ve promoted C Joey Hunt to their active roster on Tuesday and signed OT Isaiah Battle, DT Garrison Smith and WR Cyril Grayson Jr. to their practice squad.

The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:

1. TE Tyrone Swoope
2. DB Mike Tyson
3. QB Trevone Boykin
4. DB Akeem King (Injured)
5. LB Paul Dawson
6. DB Trovon Reed
7. LB Kache Palacio
8. G Willie Beavers
9. TE Stevie Donatell
10. OT Isaiah Battle
11. DT Garrison Smith
12. WR Cyril Grayson Jr

Hunt, 23, is a former sixth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2016. He managed to make the team’s 53-man roster as a rookie last year but was, unfortunately, cut loose coming out of the preseason this past September and later re-signed to Seattle’s practice squad.

In 2017, Hunt appeared in 10 games for the Seahawks.
