The Seattle Seahawks have re-signed WR B.J. Daniels to their 53-man roster on Thursday, according to John Boyle.
- The Seahawks also signed LB Tyrell Adamsย and LB Eric Pinkins ย to their practice squad.
The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:
- LB Eric Pinkins
- LB Tyrell Adams
- CB George Farmerย
- WR Kasen Williams
- WR Kevin Smith
- TE RaShaun Allen
- T Terry Poole
- OL Will Pericak
- DB Kevin Short
- DT Robert Thomas
Daniels, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He lasted less than a year in San Francisco before he was waived and later claimed by the Seahawks.
Seattle elected to waive Daniels along with RB Rod Smith earlier in the week, but it appears as though they prepared to bring him back instead of going in a different direction with this roster spot.
Daniels was able to make the team’s 53-man roster coming out of the preseason. It would not be surprising to see the Seahawks sign him to their practice squad in the coming days.
