The Tennessee Titans announced Tuesday that they’ve placed OLB Cameron Wake and DB Chris Milton on injured reserve and promoted OLB Derick Roberson and DB Kareem Orr to their active roster.
- The Titans also signed DL Joey Ivie and DB Kenneth Durden to their practice squad.

Wake, 37, wound up going undrafted out of Penn State back in 2005. He signed on with the Giants but was released a few months later.
After two years in the CFL, the Dolphins signed him to a contract for the 2009 season. Wake played out the final year of his two-year, $19 million contract before agreeing to a three-year, $23 million contract that included $10 million guaranteed with the Titans this past offseason.
In 2019, Wake appeared in nine games for the Titans and recorded four tackles, 2.5 sacks and a pass defense.
