The Minnesota Vikings announced Tuesday that they’ve placed veteran S Andrew Sendejo on injured reserve and promoted CB Craig James to their active roster.
- The Vikings also signed CB Jalen Myrick to the practice squad and released DE Jonathan Wynnย from the practice squad injured list.

Sendejo, 31, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Rice back in 2010. He lasted just over a year in Dallas before he was claimed off of waivers by the Jets.
The Vikings later signed Sendejo to a contract in 2011 and is currently in the third year of hisย four-year, $16 million contractย that included $2.5 million guaranteed. Sendejo will make a base salary of $5.45 million for the 2019 season.
In 2018, Sendejo appeared in five games for the Vikings and recorded 27 tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense.
