The Vikings announced on Tuesday they have signed WR Bralon Addison to a futures deal. Minnesota also made the futures signing of DE Stacy Keely official.
The full list includes:
- QB Jake Browning
- TE Brandon Dillon
- CB Mark Fields
- WR Davion Davis
- RB Tony Brooks-James
- DB Kemon Hall
- CB Marcus Sayles
- DE Stacy Keely
- WR Bralon Addison
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Addison, 26, signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon in 2016. The Broncos ended up waiving him from their roster at the end of the preseason.
Addison caught on with the Bears on the practice squad late in 2016 and was called up to the active roster for a few games. The Bears waived him the following May and he’s been out of the NFL since then.
In 2016, Addison appeared in two games and rushed once for four yards and caught one pass for 11 yards.
