AFC Notes: John Franklin-Myers, Contract Details, Colts, Texans, Titans

Colts

  • Dianna Russini reports that the 49ers, Bengals, and Colts were interested in signing DL John Franklin-Myers before he was locked up by the Titans.
  • Aaron Wilson reports that the Colts will meet with Missouri LB Khalil Jacobs around his Pro Day on March 20.

Texans

  • Should the Texans sign recently acquired RB David Montgomery to a new contract, Ian Rapoport could see Montgomery getting a deal around $8 million per year.  
  • Texans LB E.J. Speed signed a two-year contract worth $10 million with an additional $3 million available through incentives. He received $7.5 million in guaranteed compensation, including a $4 million signing bonus. (OTC)
  • Texans DE Danielle Hunter agreed to a $40.1 million fully guaranteed one-year extension, worth $35.6 million in new money with a total value of $55.1 million over two years. The deal includes $54.1 million in fully guaranteed funds, including a $20 million signing bonus. (OTC)
  • The Texans signed S M.J. Stewart to a one-year deal worth up to $3 million, including a $2.7 million base value with a $1.6 million salary, $500,000 guaranteed, $35,294 per-game active roster bonuses, and a $300,000 playtime incentive. (Wilson)
  • The Texans signed G Ed Ingram to a three-year, $37.5 million deal that includes a $13.75 million signing bonus, $23.5 million guaranteed, a $1.25 million fully guaranteed salary in 2026, an $8.5 million salary in 2027 with $8 million guaranteed for injury at signing, an additional $5 million fully guaranteed at signing, and another $3.5 million guaranteed on the fifth day of the 2027 league year, along with $44,118 per-game active roster bonuses annually and up to $8,750 per year in incentives, with 2029 and 2030 as voidable years.   • Per Aaron Wilson, the Titans’ one-year deal for C.J. Ravenell is worth $1.005 million.
  • Wilson adds that the Titans’ one-year deal for Garrett Dellinger is also worth $1.005 million.
  • The Titans signed TE Daniel Bellinger to a three-year, $24 million deal that includes $14.01 million guaranteed, a $6.5 million signing bonus, a $2.49 million fully guaranteed salary in 2026, a $5.94 million salary in 2027 with $4 million guaranteed, a $7.45 million salary in 2028, annual $30,000 per-game active roster bonuses, and up to $750,000 in playtime and catch incentives for 2026 and 2027, bringing the maximum average annual value to $8.5 million.   • The Titans signed WR Wan’Dale Robinson to a four-year, $70 million deal that includes $38 million guaranteed, a $12 million signing bonus, salaries of $7.79 million fully guaranteed in 2026, $17.19 million fully guaranteed in 2027, $14.49 million in 2028, and $16.49 million in 2029, $30,000 per-game active roster bonuses annually totaling up to $510,000, and $2 million in incentives from 2026 through 2029, bringing the maximum average annual value to $19.5 million.
